Conference pre-registration is strongly advised. 
All pre-registrations must be postmarked by January 14, 2000.
Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee. 

Web-based registration is recommended.

-FEES-

The registration fee includes:
 -Admission to all sessions without tutorial
 -Banquet (excluding Full-time students)
 -One refreshment per break
 -Congress kit (with program and copy of proceedings)

The tutorial fee includes:
 -Admission to one full-day tutorial
 -Copy of text

-PAYMENT
All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by bank remittance or
credit card(only for residents outside Japan). Please note that personal
checks and bank drafts will not be accepted.

   Please remit the appropriate amount to the following bank account.

2. Credit Card(only for residents outside Japan)
   Please fill out the appropriate section on the registration form. 
   The following credit cards will be accepted:

-CANCELLATION AND REFUND
When written notification of cancellation is received by the conference
secretariat by January 14, 2000, 5,000 yen will be deducted from the fees 
paid to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellation 
requests received after this date.
